When no employee has been selected for the shift, the Subscriber has the right to cancel or change the order free of charge.
When an employee has been selected for a shift and there is at least twelve (12) hours for the agreed start of the job, the Subscriber has the right to cancel or change the order free of charge.
When an employee has been selected for a shift and the agreed start of the job is less than twelve (12) hours, the Subscriber has no right to cancel the shift or make changes to the duration or salary without the employee's written consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the subscriber and the service provider.
If the selected employee falls ill or cancels the agreed shift, the service provider has the right to choose or not to select a substitute employee on behalf of the Subscriber, if no decision is received from the Subscriber within 15 minutes of the cancellation notice or other cancellation policy.
The current VAT is added to the prices. The service provider reserves the right to change the price list.
